The twin and single rooms share one bathroom.
All rooms are west-facing, with wonderful river views and have a TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. The rooms are attractively furnished with comfortable beds.For our very young visitors a cot and high chair is available.
Our dining room overlooks the river and can be used at any time by our guests. In the summer you are welcome to enjoy sitting outside on the terrace.
A reminder for our visitors from abroad, all B&Bs in Scotland are non-smoking.
This is the "double" bedroom, it has one king-size double bed and has its own modern, en-suite bathroom with a good, hot shower.
Below is the "twin" bedroom, it has two single beds.
The breakfast room; you are also welcome to use it at any time in the day and evening.
